About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with hiring teams and recruitment leaders to understand hiring needs, recruitment strategies, and business objectives
- Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods
- Conduct candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and overall fit
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate candidate communication
- Support offer and onboarding processes
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and deliver a positive recruitment experience
- Stay up to date on market trends, talent insights, and best practices in US recruitment
- Collaborate on recruitment initiatives, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, staffing, or other talent-focused roles
- Entry-level to senior-level recruiters are encouraged to apply
- Mid- to senior-level positions require at least 2–3 years of US recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting within Corporate, IT, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Light Industrial, Healthcare, or other industries is highly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven approach
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
