About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with hiring teams and recruitment leaders to understand hiring needs, recruitment strategies, and business objectives
  • Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods
  • Conduct candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and overall fit
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate candidate communication
  • Support offer and onboarding processes
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and deliver a positive recruitment experience
  • Stay up to date on market trends, talent insights, and best practices in US recruitment
  • Collaborate on recruitment initiatives, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, staffing, or other talent-focused roles
  • Entry-level to senior-level recruiters are encouraged to apply
  • Mid- to senior-level positions require at least 2–3 years of US recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting within Corporate, IT, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Light Industrial, Healthcare, or other industries is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven approach
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
