About the role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare roles
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Verify candidate credentials including licenses, certifications, and work history
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and submit qualified candidates on time
- Stay updated on US healthcare industry trends, compliance, and hiring requirements
- Assist with offer negotiation, onboarding, and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- At least 1–3 years of recruitment experience in US healthcare industry (Behavioral Health / Allied Health)
- Strong understanding of US healthcare roles, credentials, and compliance requirements
- Experience using ATS and recruitment tools
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines
