About the role
- Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews (via phone, video, and in-person) to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates.
- Conduct background checks and verify references.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with recruiting trends and best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases (Preferably BambooHR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
