About the role

  • Act as a strategic partner to business areas (BP), understanding their challenges and proposing people solutions aligned with business objectives;
  • Support leaders in managing their teams, promoting people development and data-driven decision making;
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the attraction of talent aligned with Agrotools’ culture;
  • Support culture, engagement and internal communication initiatives, strengthening employees’ sense of belonging and the company’s values;
  • Participate in the performance management cycle, promoting feedback, calibrations and development plans;
  • Support the design and continuous improvement of People & Management processes (recruitment & selection, performance, compensation, training, etc.);
  • Monitor people metrics (turnover, headcount, performance, engagement, among others) and propose improvement actions;
  • Act as the bridge between HR and business areas, ensuring information flows, process compliance and a positive employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Generalist HR experience, with previous work as a Business Partner;
  • Knowledge of Recruitment & Selection, Culture and Organizational Development;
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent communication, active listening and influencing skills;
  • Collaborative mindset with business acumen and execution focus.
