About the role
- Act as a strategic partner to business areas (BP), understanding their challenges and proposing people solutions aligned with business objectives;
- Support leaders in managing their teams, promoting people development and data-driven decision making;
- Lead recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the attraction of talent aligned with Agrotools’ culture;
- Support culture, engagement and internal communication initiatives, strengthening employees’ sense of belonging and the company’s values;
- Participate in the performance management cycle, promoting feedback, calibrations and development plans;
- Support the design and continuous improvement of People & Management processes (recruitment & selection, performance, compensation, training, etc.);
- Monitor people metrics (turnover, headcount, performance, engagement, among others) and propose improvement actions;
- Act as the bridge between HR and business areas, ensuring information flows, process compliance and a positive employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields;
- Generalist HR experience, with previous work as a Business Partner;
- Knowledge of Recruitment & Selection, Culture and Organizational Development;
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent communication, active listening and influencing skills;
- Collaborative mindset with business acumen and execution focus.
