About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute highly effective promotional marketing strategies that drive business growth for AgroFresh across a robust portfolio of products in the United States, Latin America and Canada
- Build and execute all paid, owned, and earned marketing strategies to drive growth in the full marketing funnel
- Measure the impact of tactics on sales, adjusting as needed
- Drive lead generation, qualification, and nurturing to support conversion to sale
- Optimize the customer journey from awareness through conversion
- Enable the sales leads funnel for the region
- Lead regional product and program launches in close collaboration with Commercial (Sales), Global Product Management and R&D colleagues
- Lead Marketing Automation and campaign attribution for the region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or similar major (MBA a plus)
- 7+ years of experience in marketing communications
- English and Spanish fluent; Brazilian Portuguese a plus
- Up to 25% travel, primarily within the region
