About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute highly effective promotional marketing strategies that drive business growth for AgroFresh across a robust portfolio of products in the United States, Latin America and Canada
Build and execute all paid, owned, and earned marketing strategies to drive growth in the full marketing funnel
Measure the impact of tactics on sales, adjusting as needed
Drive lead generation, qualification, and nurturing to support conversion to sale
Optimize the customer journey from awareness through conversion
Enable the sales leads funnel for the region
Lead regional product and program launches in close collaboration with Commercial (Sales), Global Product Management and R&D colleagues
Lead Marketing Automation and campaign attribution for the region

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or similar major (MBA a plus)
7+ years of experience in marketing communications
English and Spanish fluent; Brazilian Portuguese a plus
Up to 25% travel, primarily within the region
