About the role
- Planning and execution of manual and automated tests
- Documentation and presentation of test results
- Preparation of test reports to support management decisions
- Continuous improvement of test processes
- Close collaboration with project management and development teams
- Coordination and alignment with requirements engineering and release management
- Active participation in training activities and ongoing personal development in the area of software quality
Requirements
- Technical education background and at least 3 years of professional experience in software testing
- ISTQB certification preferred
- Ability to understand complex relationships, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Structured, independent and proactive working style
- Strong quality awareness
- Patience, persistence and creativity to achieve optimal results
- Team player with a friendly, direct and empathetic communication style
- Very good German language skills
