About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help develop and lead the global content marketing strategy to build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate demand
  • Create, edit, and optimize a wide range of content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, emails, landing pages, and social media assets
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Jasper, Copy.ai, Grammarly, Surfer SEO, etc.) to accelerate content production while ensuring originality, creativity, and high quality
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and sales teams to align content with business goals
  • Influence SEO/GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy: perform keyword research, optimize content for search and generative engines, and track content performance
  • Manage editorial calendars, enforce brand tone/voice, and ensure consistency across all channels
  • Measure and report on content performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, specifically for a US-based B2B Saas/PaaS vendor
  • Conversational AI
  • Real-time communications (RTC) platforms
  • Developer tools and platforms
  • API-first products
  • Cloud infrastructure & platforms
  • Data & integration platforms
  • ML/AI platforms and infrastructure
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality content for global audiences. Candidate must provide a portfolio of content upon application.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using AI tools to ideate, draft, edit, and optimize content
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing channels, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain a working schedule that provides at least 3–4 hours of overlap with the US Pacific Time (PT) business day for synchronous collaboration
  • Exceptional native-level written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to distill complex technical topics into accessible, engaging content
  • Experience managing contributors (in-house or freelance) and collaborating with cross-functional teams
