About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Designated and Managing Brokers to ensure eXp agents deliver outstanding real estate brokerage services
Conduct training sessions on contracts, risk management practices, licensing requirements, and state real estate regulations
Respond to agents’ requests for transaction support with exceptional customer service
Review contracts and transactional documents using advanced technology and AI-driven tools to ensure legal and contractual compliance
Remove transactional barriers, model agile workflows, and participate in team initiatives improving agent experience, risk management, and operational excellence
Consult with agents and internal teams to resolve complex transaction-related issues
Support implementation of eXp risk management initiatives
Assist with development, improvement, and compliance monitoring of brokerage operations manuals
Collaborate with internal departments to develop efficient solutions for eXp’s agent base
Provide backup support for Managing Brokers as needed
Fulfill additional duties assigned to meet brokerage needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2 years of experience in detailed contract review
Comprehensive knowledge of real estate transactions
Strong expertise and experience in real estate compliance
Understanding of state and federal laws, Department of Commerce rules and regulations, Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements, NAR Code of Ethics, and MLS standards
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven success partnering with internal stakeholders
Ability to make swift, informed decisions and resolve problems using sound judgment
Uncompromising integrity and high ethical standards
Active membership in the National Association of REALTORS (NAR)
Real estate license required
Experience with the Skyslope transaction management system strongly preferred
