Work closely with Program Director and Tech Support to deliver Professional Service projects
Absorb technical knowledge and become a superuser of AgMonitor at the nexus of Energy & Water
Support existing clients through digital transformation and own customer success (Level 7-10)
Follow-up with meetings and leverage our SaaS platform to provide actionable insights
Articulate our value proposition and demonstrate measurable impact ($/kWh, kWh/AF, Ton/AF)
Collaborate with R&D team and product manager on advanced projects (CEC, CDFA, or GSA) to solve real-world challenges and prototype new features
Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients and partners

Requirements

3+ years of experience in food sector or energy services. Exposure to AI a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Crop Science, Environmental Science, or Engineering
Experience working with messy real data using statistical tools (e.g. Excel, R, or Python)
Familiarity with utility rate structures and irrigation systems. Exposure to batteries a plus
Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM or Support Ticket Ticketing systems
Comfortable working with colleagues at our Fresno office and on-site with customers.
