Requirements
What you’ll need- End-to-end recruitment experience in large and complex organisations
- Comfortable advising and influencing stakeholders
- Ability to build trust quickly with stakeholders and candidates
- Experience partnering with P&C on workforce planning or talent initiatives
- Genuine commitment to diversity and inclusion, shown through sourcing, assessing and partnering
- Success in delivering hiring outcomes through proactive sourcing
