Key responsibilities & impact

Lead medium-sized, high-performing teams while managing complex senior stakeholder relationships
Deliver revenue, margin, customer satisfaction and employee engagement outcomes
Foster strong safety, governance and compliance standards
Build strong relationships with customers, regulators, partners and internal teams
Ensure robust incident management by overseeing the investigation of incidents and near misses

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Engineering or a related discipline
Seasoned experience in the energy industry and in program delivery or operations management roles
Proven experience managing operational performance through large and complex data sets
Strong internal and external stakeholder management capability
Demonstrated ability to build, lead and maintain a strong health, safety and environment (HSE) culture
