About the role

  • Partner with AGL Group Finance, IT, Data & Analytics and Automation teams to improve datasets, reporting layers and automation opportunities.
  • Deliver data driven insights in areas such as inventory, operating costs and closure planning.
  • Enhance and standardise reporting capability through enterprise supported analytics and dashboards.
  • Provide driver-based variance analysis and highlight performance trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Identify processes suitable for simplification, standardisation or automation.
  • Build strong working relationships with Finance and Operational teams across all Energy Asset sites.

Requirements

  • Experience using dashboards and enterprise reporting tools for insight generation.
  • Experience in process mapping, redesign and supporting automation initiatives.
  • A background in reporting, planning or performance insight in asset intensive environments.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical IT/Data teams.
  • Proficiency with enterprise analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, Qlik).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, Accounting or Economics are highly regarded.
