The Transport Operations Analyst I is responsible for obtaining quotes and securing the best cost-benefit conditions for transportation, acting as liaison between the company, carriers, and customers.
Monitors carrier performance indicators, proposes process improvements, and manages delivery scheduling to ensure deadlines are met.
Handles customer-specific issue resolution, oversees cross-docking processes, and participates in continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring smooth operation of logistics and administrative activities related to transportation.

Perform other related tasks inherent to the role, contributing to the efficient operation of the Operations Department.
Actively participate in continuous improvement and innovation initiatives in transportation processes.
Oversee all operational and administrative routines involving the shipper AGIS and carriers, including claims, outstanding issues, case analyses, etc.
Requirements
Experience with freight management systems, especially GFE
Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate-level Excel
Currently enrolled in a university degree program
