About the role

  • Plan, present and execute, from start to finish, multiple event formats (online and in-person) in an agile and strategic manner, reflecting an objective-focused approach and committed to the expectations of internal and external clients;
  • Produce proprietary events and third-party events (manufacturers and/or trade shows/exhibitions);
  • Prepare budgets, hire and coordinate vendors during event execution;
  • Create presentations to secure sponsorships as well as documentation and reports for executed events;
  • Adhere to schedules and calendars;
  • Event experience is essential;
  • Experience with B2B events is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed: Marketing, Advertising or other related fields;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Negotiation skills and experience managing budgets;
  • High organizational ability and track record of meeting deadlines;
  • Attention to detail and results-oriented;
