About the role
- Plan, present and execute, from start to finish, multiple event formats (online and in-person) in an agile and strategic manner, reflecting an objective-focused approach and committed to the expectations of internal and external clients;
- Produce proprietary events and third-party events (manufacturers and/or trade shows/exhibitions);
- Prepare budgets, hire and coordinate vendors during event execution;
- Create presentations to secure sponsorships as well as documentation and reports for executed events;
- Adhere to schedules and calendars;
- Event experience is essential;
- Experience with B2B events is a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed: Marketing, Advertising or other related fields;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Willingness to travel;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Negotiation skills and experience managing budgets;
- High organizational ability and track record of meeting deadlines;
- Attention to detail and results-oriented;
