Manager, AI – Strategy

• Accompany clients in identifying where AI and data can create the most value, scope the right initiatives, and make sure the solutions delivered fit their strategic stakes.
• Act as a trusted advisor on AI transformation, an AI coach for business teams, and a hands-on contributor when needed.
• Work closely with client stakeholders and internal team members to:
• Frame business questions into clear AI and analytics opportunities
• Run discovery and needs-scoping sessions with both business and technical stakeholders
• Translate between business language and technical reality, in both directions
• Identify the right KPIs and the right type of solution for each stake (analysis, model, dashboard, automation, agent, AI workflow)
• Coach business teams on how to use AI tools and AI products responsibly in their day to day
• Structure roadmaps and priorities with clients, from quick wins to longer-term plays
• Build prototypes, dashboards, models, or automations to demonstrate value where relevant
• Communicate findings, trade-offs, and recommendations to both technical and executive audiences
• Support implementation and adoption so that work leads to concrete action
• Complete assignments typically include AI audits, AI roadmaps, use case scoping, hands-on AI delivery, coaching of business teams on AI ways of working, and the more traditional data analytics work that often comes alongside.
• Supervise and coach junior team members on client missions and internal initiatives, helping them grow on the business, consulting, and technical sides of the job.

Senior Consultant, AI & Strategy

Platform Engineer

• Own the architecture of data and AI platforms for our clients: ingestion, storage, transformation, orchestration, serving, observability, and security.
• Set up and harden production environments on modern cloud stacks (AWS, Azure, GCP) with tools like Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, dbt, Airflow, and the surrounding ecosystem.
• Design and implement the AI Platform layer: model serving, feature stores, RAG pipelines, vector stores, evaluation and monitoring, cost and latency controls, and the guardrails around LLM-based applications.
• Act as senior technical support across active engagements: code reviews, troubleshooting on hard problems, performance tuning, and unblocking junior and mid-level engineers.
• Coach the team. Raise the engineering bar through pairing, technical write-ups, internal sessions, and clear standards.
• Engage directly with client tech leads, architects, and CTOs. Translate business intent into a defensible technical design.
• Contribute to proposals and scoping discussions when senior technical credibility is needed.
• Help shape our point of view on data and AI platforms, and feed it back into our offerings.

Senior Data Platform Engineer

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and KPIs of the Platform Engineering & BI practice
• Drive business development: shape offerings, qualify opportunities, lead proposals, close deals, and grow key accounts
• Build and lead a team of data engineers and platform engineers, from junior consultants to senior architects
• Define how we use AI within the practice, both in how we work internally and in what we deliver to clients
• Establish a recognizable point of view on data platforms, analytics engineering, and modern data stacks (cloud, ETL/ELT, BI, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
• Coach team members on both technical and consulting skills, and create clear career paths
• Partner closely with the Managing Partners on cross-practice initiatives and on the broader Agilytic growth agenda
• Represent Agilytic externally: speaking engagements, partnerships, client executive relationships, and thought leadership
