About the role

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the Agiloft platform and the broader CLM market
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by aligning platform capabilities to business outcomes
  • Lead discovery, solution design, and value articulation across complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Build and deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to key business drivers
  • Manage and lead Proof of Concept (POC) engagements with clear success criteria
  • Support the creation of high-quality proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and customer-facing deliverables
  • Apply knowledge of machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), and AI-driven workflows to position differentiated solutions and educate customers
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide structured customer feedback

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience engaging with executive stakeholders (including CXO-level) and articulating enterprise software value propositions
  • Strong understanding of CLM, legal tech, procurement, or adjacent enterprise software domains
  • Deep knowledge of modern systems architecture, including cloud-native platforms, integrations, and APIs
  • Proven expertise in value-based selling, solution design, and delivering compelling product demonstrations
  • Experience leading customer pilots and Proof of Concept (POC) engagements
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools and technologies, including generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude), and a working understanding of ML/NLP concepts
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%)
