About the role
- Act as the technical specialist and solution lead during the pre-sales cycle, with a focus on XDR, SOC and integrated security platforms.
- Support the sales team in the technical qualification of opportunities, requirements gathering and definition of security architecture.
- Conduct environment assessments, security maturity analysis and mapping of detection and incident response processes.
- Develop technical proposals, service scopes and reference architectures aligned with the company’s security portfolio.
- Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations and proofs of value (PoC / PoV) to clients.
- Identify technical risks in opportunities and propose mitigation strategies and alternative architectures.
- Assist clients in understanding modern security strategies, such as modern SOC, Zero Trust and XDR platforms.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to define architectures and solution positioning strategies.
- Transfer technical knowledge to delivery, services and security operations teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of pre-sales processes, technical marketing and solution development.
- Stay current and pursue technical certifications aligned with the company’s strategic technologies.
Requirements
- Experience in Cyber Security, with practical experience or knowledge of platforms such as:
- - XDR (Extended Detection and Response)
- - EDR / Endpoint Security
- - SIEM and event analysis platforms
- - SOC (Security Operations Center)
- - Threat Detection and Incident Response
- Knowledge of concepts such as:
- - MITRE ATT&CK
- - Threat Intelligence
- - Endpoint, network and identity security
- - Incident response automation
- - Integrated security architectures
- Desirable knowledge:
- - Cloud Security architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- - Integration between SIEM, SOAR and XDR platforms
- - Security automation and incident response playbooks
- - Security frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls and Zero Trust
- Experience with vendors will be considered a differentiator:
- - Palo Alto Networks (Cortex XDR / XSIAM)
- Strong English communication skills, particularly for interaction with vendors and review of technical documentation.
