About the role

  • Assist with basic operation of cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Support creation and adjustment of resources (VMs, storage, network).
  • Contribute to organization, permissions, and governance best practices.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines (builds, releases, and automations).
  • Help troubleshoot simple integration issues.
  • Create and modify simple scripts (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
  • Version code using Git.
  • Assist in monitoring alerts and dashboards.
  • Support initial incident analysis.
  • Document procedures, routines, and configurations.
  • Update internal knowledge repositories.
  • Participate in technical meetings.
  • Support team tasks and migration/deployment projects.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Networks, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related fields, with expected graduation from 06/2027 onward.
