About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and maintain detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements, user stories, and functional specs
- Execute both manual and automated tests using tools like Selenium, JIRA, or other automation frameworks
- Identify, document, and log bugs or defects in a bug tracking system; verify fixes and ensure no regressions
- Perform regression testing to confirm new changes do not break existing functionality; conduct performance and security testing
- Work with developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to review requirements, validate designs, and ensure alignment with business needs
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, industry standards, data privacy, and accessibility guidelines
- Provide clear, detailed test result reports to stakeholders and track QA metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years on Salesforce Government Cloud
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and ISTQB Foundation Level required
- U.S. Citizen with Public Trust eligibility
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, DevOps, and QA best practices
- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA for defect management
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, modules, and architecture
- Analytical & Problem-Solving skills
