About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develops high-performance, reusable, and reliable Salesforce solutions, including data models, integration architecture, and automation logic
Identify opportunities to improve business processes through Salesforce implementation
Work closely with project managers, clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project strategies and effective collaboration
Review developer work, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
Provide support for internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments
Advise and mentor teams on technical and functional delivery, guiding best practices and solution implementation
Oversee full-lifecycle projects from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar role
6+ years of Salesforce development; Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2) and AI Specialist required; demonstrated legacy integration and DevOps leadership experience
Strong Salesforce customization and configuration expertise, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer Cloud
Experience with enterprise-level Salesforce projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies
Current Salesforce certifications such as Certified Platform Developer I & II
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Familiarity with integration patterns, application architecture, and security best practices
Owns the full release cycle (SFDX, Copado/GitHub Actions), mentors junior developers, and implements Agentforce custom actions with Invocable Apex
Relevant educational background, typically a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
