Create scalable and effective Salesforce solutions tailored to meet specific business requirements.
Develop and maintain the architectural strategy for Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce projects, guiding technical teams and ensuring successful delivery.
Create and maintain technical designs, architecture documentation, and system integration plans.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices are followed and maintain data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends, and continuously refine solutions to adapt to changing business needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required.
10+ years of software engineering; 5+ years as a TA on Salesforce;
Salesforce Certified System Architect+ Platform Developer II required;
FedRAMP/NIST 800-53 expertise essential
Architects CI/CD pipelines, implements PIV/CAC identity management,
engineers LDV strategies for millions of records, and builds RAG pipelines for Agentforce.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and integration tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
