Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required.
  • 10+ years of software engineering; 5+ years as a TA on Salesforce;
  • Salesforce Certified System Architect+ Platform Developer II required;
  • FedRAMP/NIST 800-53 expertise essential
  • Architects CI/CD pipelines, implements PIV/CAC identity management,
  • engineers LDV strategies for millions of records, and builds RAG pipelines for Agentforce.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and integration tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
