Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, interpret, and document business needs, often for ERP systems like SAP or Oracle EBS
Create detailed documents outlining system behavior, workflows, UI components, and interactions

What you’ll need

3–5 years in ERP systems or functional analysis roles
DHS & U.S. Customs and Border Protection Project experience
Analytical Skills: Ability to perform gap analyses and assess system performance
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems, database management, and software configuration
Project Management: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and coordinating system implementations
Documentation and Testing: Proficiency in writing functional specifications and supporting testing processes
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related fields
