Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact for all personnel assigned to the contract
Provide overall supervision and direction for the work performed under the contract
Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the work performed
Plan projects and associated activities, develop estimates and schedules
Identify project risks, measure progress, and allocate resources
Conceptualize customer needs and prepare specific implementation strategies
Transform needs, obstacles, and visions of stakeholders into viable solutions
Produce measurable results cultivated by industry evolution and government modernization efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

DHS & U.S. Customs and Border Protection Project experience
Currently holds or is able to obtain a Secret security clearance
Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate project teams
Ability to plan projects and associated activities
Experience in directing and controlling activities for an organization
Experience utilizing innovation design concepts, rapid design model(s), and iterative design thinking
Thorough knowledge of quality management principles
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is desired
Candidate must have 10+ years’ experience managing complex projects
A Project Management Professional credential is highly desirable.
