Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop a team of dedicated program managers
  • Set expectations, coach team members, and build a stronger team over time

  • Own a portfolio of complex programs across operations and supply chain domains

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years in leadership roles with a proven track record in Program Management
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into clear messages for diverse audiences
  • Ability to build and mentor a diverse, growing team of technical and non-technical Program Managers
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills for managing a complex portfolio across departments
  • Ability to operate autonomously and define the path for the team
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing and operations environments
  • 7+ years of experience driving programs in manufacturing and operations
  • Comfort working in organizations without mature systems, clean data, or clear processes
  • Prior experience managing or developing a team of program managers (bonus point)
  • Background in high-growth hardware, automation, or robotics environments (bonus point)
  • Experience designing or overhauling operational processes at scale, including service operations, order fulfillment, or manufacturing workflows (bonus point)
  • Current authorization to work in the United States
