Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop a team of dedicated program managers
Set expectations, coach team members, and build a stronger team over time
Establish and model program management best practices
Own a portfolio of complex programs across operations and supply chain domains
Act as a player-coach by managing personal programs and helping direct reports navigate blockers and deliver outcomes
Translate complex, multi-organization work into clear progress narratives for executive audiences
Identify risks, stalled decisions, and at-risk dependencies before they become problems
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in leadership roles with a proven track record in Program Management
Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into clear messages for diverse audiences
Ability to build and mentor a diverse, growing team of technical and non-technical Program Managers
Strong data-driven decision-making skills for managing a complex portfolio across departments
Ability to operate autonomously and define the path for the team
Deep understanding of manufacturing and operations environments
7+ years of experience driving programs in manufacturing and operations
Comfort working in organizations without mature systems, clean data, or clear processes
Prior experience managing or developing a team of program managers (bonus point)
Background in high-growth hardware, automation, or robotics environments (bonus point)
Experience designing or overhauling operational processes at scale, including service operations, order fulfillment, or manufacturing workflows (bonus point)
Current authorization to work in the United States
