About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Creo CAD model and drafting creation and management to Agility standards.
Sourcing OTS component models and integrating them in the assembly.
Updating CAD based on engineering analysis inputs.
Detail drafting of parts and assemblies.
CAD Library management.
CAD template management.
CAD data management in Windchill.
BOM creation and management.
Submission and herding of Promotion Requests.
Identification of OTS components that meet engineering specifications.
Product design in support of engineering requirements.
Support cross-functional design reviews through production of quality CAD screenshots, renderings, and creation of presentation slides.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Expert in Creo, including top down modeling, drafting, and library management.
Expert in Windchill, promotion requests, file management, BOM management.
Fluent in the application of GD&T to mechanical parts and assemblies.
Expert knowledge in several of the following manufacturing processes: sheet metal, machining, casting, injection molding.
Bonus: Altuim CoDesigner experience.
5+ years of mechanical designer experience.
