About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own technical discovery and solutioning with strategic enterprise clients: conduct deep dives into customer environments, operational workflows, and integration requirements for humanoid robotics applications (e.g., logistics, manufacturing, material handling).
- Act as the technical authority during pre-sales engagements: lead workshops, system demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and technical evaluations to accelerate deal closure.
- Design and communicate integration architectures: build scalable deployment models, specifying hardware/software interfaces, perception and manipulation requirements, fleet management integration, and safety considerations.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to translate customer use cases, feature requests, and operational constraints into actionable feedback that informs product roadmap decisions.
- Lead technical solution proposals for RFPs and large-scale opportunities, ensuring high-quality responses across system capabilities (performance, compliance, data handling, reliability).
