Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new strategic business opportunities within target industries and accounts through market research, networking, and inbound lead qualification.
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand complex customer needs and align them with our robotic solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing comprehensive insights into how our robotic products and services can help to solve specific customer challenges.
Guide existing strategic accounts through a deep engagement identifying opportunities for expanded product adoption and long-term partnership.
Develop and maintain executive-level relationships, effectively communicating our value proposition at all levels of the organization from C-suite to operations.
Lead all stages of the sales cycle, from qualification to contract closure working with a wide range of customer stakeholders.
Ensure meticulous and timely updates within our CRM system providing accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility.
Work with marketing, product development, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure a unified and exceptional customer experience.
Provide valuable market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product strategy and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships — preferably within robotics, automation, logistics, or industrial technology sectors.
Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts with multiple decision-makers and long sales cycles.
Unwavering integrity and strong ethical conduct, ensuring all interactions uphold the highest professional standards.
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to collective goals and supporting colleagues.
Demonstrated passion for and understanding of robotics, automation, AI and have proven experience bringing nascent technologies to market at scale.
Strategic Enterprise level thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
Highly organized, results-oriented, and proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business value propositions to diverse audiences.
