About the role
- Strategic management and development of existing customers in Germany with a focus on AGILITA's full SAP portfolio (e.g., Cloud ERP, S/4HANA, CX, Analytics)
- Identification of upselling and cross-selling opportunities and active pipeline management together with the Demand Generation team as well as Presales, Marketing and Consulting
- Preparation and execution of customer meetings and presentations
- Continuous monitoring of customer needs, market and competitor intelligence
Requirements
- Several years of experience selling IT or SAP solutions, ideally with mid-market clients and in managing existing accounts
- Good knowledge of the SAP environment (e.g., ERP, Cloud)
- Understanding of business processes and the ability to clearly articulate business value
- Strong closing skills, negotiation ability and a high degree of ownership in account management
- Excellent communication skills, confident presence at C‑level and enjoyment in building trusted, long-term customer relationships
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken; good English skills; willingness to travel within Germany
