About the role

  • Build and develop your own customer portfolio in Switzerland: depending on the role, focus on either new customers (net-new names) or on selected existing accounts
  • Identify, qualify and pursue opportunities for SAP solutions (e.g., Cloud ERP, S/4HANA, CX, Analytics) and take responsibility for the full sales cycle through to closing
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations, and lead contract and pricing negotiations with decision-makers
  • Create and maintain account and territory plans and work closely with Presales, Consulting, Management and Marketing to successfully deliver won projects.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience selling IT/software solutions; proven success either in new-business sales (hunter profile) or in growing existing accounts — ideally both
  • Solid understanding of business processes and an interest in SAP topics; experience with SAP or cloud ERP solutions is a plus
  • Confident, persuasive presence at management level, strong closing orientation and enjoyment in building and expanding long-term customer relationships
  • Independent, entrepreneurial working style and very good German and good English language skills; additional national languages are an advantage
