About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead initial Agile strategic project across the global organization while supporting the development of an Agile mindset with the Procurement organization
- Establish Agile roadmap, program ideation, and business case/ROI for future Agile programing
- Support Freight & Logistics and MRO Category Managers in developing and executing multi-year sourcing strategies aligned to business and operational priorities
- Translate stakeholder needs into executable sourcing plans, including RFPs, negotiations, renewals, and supplier transitions
- Ensure consistent execution of sourcing strategies across regions through structured governance, tools, and best practices
- Drive speed, rigor, and discipline in sourcing execution—ensuring timely delivery of committed outcomes
- Directly support and enable Strategic Sourcing Managers and Category Managers in executing high-impact initiatives
- Partner with teams to identify, evaluate, and manage key suppliers to ensure service reliability, cost competitiveness, and performance improvement
- Support negotiation strategies and contract development
- Drive supplier performance management, including scorecards, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; MBA or professional certification preferred
- 8+ years of progressive experience in indirect sourcing, logistics, supply chain, or MRO categories, including global scope
- Demonstrated success supporting and executing large-scale sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations
- Experience leading Agile programing and strategy, including continuous improvement, lean six sigma, and value engineering
- Strong commercial acumen, with ability to drive value through cost modeling and contract strategy
- Proven ability to coach and enable Category Managers and Sourcing Managers
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global, and highly matrixed environment
