About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead initial Agile strategic project across the global organization while supporting the development of an Agile mindset with the Procurement organization
Establish Agile roadmap, program ideation, and business case/ROI for future Agile programing
Support Freight & Logistics and MRO Category Managers in developing and executing multi-year sourcing strategies aligned to business and operational priorities
Translate stakeholder needs into executable sourcing plans, including RFPs, negotiations, renewals, and supplier transitions
Ensure consistent execution of sourcing strategies across regions through structured governance, tools, and best practices
Drive speed, rigor, and discipline in sourcing execution—ensuring timely delivery of committed outcomes
Directly support and enable Strategic Sourcing Managers and Category Managers in executing high-impact initiatives
Partner with teams to identify, evaluate, and manage key suppliers to ensure service reliability, cost competitiveness, and performance improvement
Support negotiation strategies and contract development
Drive supplier performance management, including scorecards, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; MBA or professional certification preferred
8+ years of progressive experience in indirect sourcing, logistics, supply chain, or MRO categories, including global scope
Demonstrated success supporting and executing large-scale sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations
Experience leading Agile programing and strategy, including continuous improvement, lean six sigma, and value engineering
Strong commercial acumen, with ability to drive value through cost modeling and contract strategy
Proven ability to coach and enable Category Managers and Sourcing Managers
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global, and highly matrixed environment
