About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

负责指定区域 High-end LCMS 产品的现场安装、操作培训、维修维护等工作,包括但不限于高效液相、三重四极杆、飞行时间、淌度等相关的硬件及相应的软件等;
及时解决客户问题,确保用户满意度,维护良好用户关系;
与其他部门同事协作,完成客户的各项售后服务和支持项目;
按照公司流程有效的完成其他各项工作。

Requirements

What you’ll need

化学、药学、食品、环境、生物学等相关专业本科及以上学历;
至少 1 年以上 LC 或 LCMS 操作使用经历,深入了解相关的仪器工作原理和日常维护操作,有维修维护等工作经验的优先;
有应用和方法开发经验者优先;
喜欢技术钻研,动手能力强,对售后服务工作有兴趣;
具有优秀的口头表达和交流沟通能力;
具有良好的英文读写和一定的听说能力; 能适应高频次的出差节奏
