About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with business stakeholders (Sales, Services, Marketing) to understand analytical needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Drive the design and development of dashboards and data products using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
- Contribute to analytics platform migration and modernization efforts.
- Develop and maintain data models leveraging Snowflake and modern data architectures.
- Define technical requirements and data structures to support analytics use cases.
- Apply statistical analysis and visualization techniques to generate actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across analytics solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation, including dashboard definitions and user training materials.
- Collaborate across IT, data engineering, and business teams to align on data architecture and priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to drive data literacy and adoption of new analytics platforms.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Strong, proven hands-on experience with: Microsoft Power BI (e.g., data modeling, DAX queries, creating dashboards/reports using enterprise data)
- Microsoft Fabric Programming experience (e.g., SQL Python)
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Spotfire) is a plus.
- Understanding of enterprise data systems (e.g., SAP, CRM) and data integration concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a global environment.
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation.
- Experience working in cross-functional and transformation-driven environments.
- Self-driven, structured, and comfortable operating in evolving environments.
