Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or master’s degree, MBA a plus
8+ years of professional experience in either investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or valuation / transaction services
Strong understanding of advanced corporate finance concepts
Experience working on M&A deal teams
Exceptional attention to detail
Strategic mindset with ability to identify and evaluate growth opportunities
Broad exposure to life science tools and/or software industries a plus
