Alliance Business Development Leader, Companion Diagnostics

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead full development and commercial-stage alliances with pharmaceutical organizations
- Primary point of contact and owner of relationships with the assigned partner
- Proactively identify partner’s precision medicine needs, engage partner, and establish new collaborations
- Ensure performance to agreement standards and constraints
- Drive growth of the Companion Diagnostics business at Agilent
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) and/or a PhD/Master's degree in a Life Sciences discipline
- 8+ years in 2 of the following and 2+ years negotiating contracts
- Previous experience as an Alliance Manager and/or Director is highly preferred
- Working with companion diagnostics or drug development
- Understanding of the drug development process, especially in conjunction with a companion diagnostic
