Key responsibilities & impact

Own and operationalize the architecture governance model for instrument software across the portfolio
Define and maintain software architecture standards
Establish the processes and frameworks for architecture reviews
Define requirements and guardrails for instrument-facing architecture
Partner with Engineering and QE leadership to ensure architecture standards translate into reliable, testable software delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years in architecture leadership roles
Strong understanding of instrument software architecture
Proven ability to lead and develop senior technical teams
Strong executive communication skills
