About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions
Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products at customer sites
Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems
Performs maintenance and repair services
Advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations
Responds to potential equipment or software issues to prevent interruptions
Collaborates with Agilent teams to provide solutions
May deliver internal technical training and maintenance seminars and workshops.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, Food, Environment, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or similar background in life sciences
Expertise in analytical techniques and method development (GC/ HPLC/UHPLC/ MS)
Problem-solving skills, particularly for fixing, applications support and/or general instrument maintenance
Experience with the Agilent solutions is desired but not essential.
