Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or advanced degree in life sciences or equivalent industry experience
8+ years of experience in pharma/biopharma decision-making workflows
Experience engaging with Pharma/biopharma Directors, VPs, Heads of R&D
Real experience in cell analysis in pharma or biopharma R&D, biologics, ADC, CGT, or GLP-1 workflows, cell-based assays tied to drug development decisions
Strong understanding of the pharma/biopharma value chain
Experience working cross-functionally in matrixed organizations
