SEO Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, implement and manage the strategy to increase visibility and site traffic on search engine results pages through organic search
- Implement an SEO Content Marketing overarching strategy in partnership with key stakeholders
- Set and own the enterprise-wide SEO Content Marketing strategy for Agilent
- Establish and lead SEO governance board
- Collaborate to drive the strategic framework of an organic search program
- Analyze search performance, develop search strategies, and lead initiatives to grow SEO
- Run technical SEO audits and create recommendations and action plans
- Project manage the execution of SEO initiatives
- Provide monthly reporting on Agilent’s search performance
- Monitor and benchmark industry peers and competitors
- Integrate state-of-the-art SEO strategies and tactics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital media or SEO specific
- Proficiency in SEO tools (SEM Rush, BrightEdge, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to simplify complex workflows and concepts
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and accountability
- Experience working in a multinational environment
