About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects, from intake and planning through launch and post‑launch optimization
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation
- Track progress against milestones and proactively manage risks, issues, and scope changes
- Partner with Digital Product Management, UX/UI, IT, Business, and Operations teams to align on goals and delivery approach
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives (as applicable)
- Serve as the primary point of coordination across internal teams and external vendors
- Translate business requirements into clear project plans and execution roadmaps
- Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive‑level communications
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparency on progress, risks, and trade‑offs
- Ensure adherence to digital delivery standards, Agile/Hybrid methodologies, and governance frameworks
- Support intake, prioritization, and dependency management across concurrent initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools
- Coordinate UAT, launch readiness, and go‑live activities
- Measure delivery outcomes and capture lessons learned for future initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience managing digital projects (web, platform, eCommerce, or customer experience)
- Proven experience working with Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid delivery models
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Experience working in Life Sciences or adjacent regulated industries (preferred)
- Familiarity with digital platforms, CMS, eCommerce, analytics, or marketing technologies (preferred)
- PMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certification (preferred)
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization (preferred)
