Serve as the primary communications partner to the Chief Operations and Quality Officer and Global Operations leadership team.
Develop and execute strategic communications plans that support change initiatives, business priorities, and leadership messaging.
Create executive-level content including, but not limited to, leadership messages, presentations, talking points, internal storytelling.
Highlight the impact of Global Operations in delivering customer value and enabling Agilent's broader growth strategy.

What you’ll need

10+ years of communications and executive-communications experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong presence as a trusted communications adviser to top executives
Experience managing business issues and navigating and synthesizing various viewpoints
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills and the ability to develop outstanding executive presentations
