About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accelerate the Product Lifecycle (PLC) across the organization by driving a single enterprise-wide best-practice of the systems engineering ecosystem with standardized frameworks and governance.
- Lead training, coaching, and change management to ensure adoption across all business groups.
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Define and maintain enterprise-level systems engineering standards, tools, test methods, and design frameworks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science in science or engineering
- Master's degree or PhD preferred
- At least 10 years of growing responsibility in R&D technical engineering roles or a PhD in a relevant engineering discipline with 5 years of industry experience
- Experience leading globally distributed teams
- Success in cross-functional collaboration, influencing senior leaders, and driving alignment across diverse business groups.
