About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide pre- and post-sales customer support, offering comprehensive assistance to clients
- Manage the full order cycle, including quotation, invoicing and delivery to the customer
- Monitor order status, including changes, returns and billing requirements
- Support accounts receivable, billing processes and contract or leasing administration
- Ensure compliance with financial, legal and international trade requirements
- Resolve complex customer requests, including multinational and multi-regional accounts
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement and Finance)
- Influence production/delivery schedules and price adjustments when required
- Assist in identifying business opportunities and participate in regional or global projects
- Interact with external and internal partners to ensure proper flow of import orders through to invoicing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Accounting or related fields
- Experience with the SAP SD module
- Advanced English
- Experience with Brazilian billing processes is desirable
