Contracts Administrator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Communicate service contract renewals, including terms and conditions, to customers
- Track and ensure timely delivery of first-time renewal communications
- Maintain and update contract data in SAP CRM and related systems
- Ensure all required documentation is complete for contract renewal processing
- Escalate non-responsive customers or stakeholders to the appropriate internal teams
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracts teams to support contract structuring and execution
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate level of English
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Experience working with CRM systems (SAP CRM is a plus)
