About the role
- Manage accounts and serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the company
- Prospect new opportunities and develop the territory
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Track orders and deliveries and ensure excellence in post-sales service
- Develop and execute lead generation plans
- Manage the sales funnel (pipeline) and commercial activities
- Promote analytical instrumentation products and solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic clients
- Support the use of digital channels and sales tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Experience in account management and sales processes
- Knowledge of analytical instrumentation (a plus)
- Intermediate to advanced English
