About the role

  • Manage accounts and serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the company
  • Prospect new opportunities and develop the territory
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Track orders and deliveries and ensure excellence in post-sales service
  • Develop and execute lead generation plans
  • Manage the sales funnel (pipeline) and commercial activities
  • Promote analytical instrumentation products and solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic clients
  • Support the use of digital channels and sales tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field
  • Experience in account management and sales processes
  • Knowledge of analytical instrumentation (a plus)
  • Intermediate to advanced English
