About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify emerging trends and unmet needs in pharma/biopharma
  • Build senior-level relationships with pharma and biopharma stakeholders
  • Act as a catalyst connecting customers, sales, applications, and product teams
  • Translate VOC into actionable insights for Segment, PL, and leadership teams
  • Support field teams with strategic positioning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in life sciences or equivalent industry experience
  • 4+ years of experience in pharma/biopharma decision-making workflows
  • Required experience engaging with Pharma/biopharma Directors, VPs, and Heads of R&D
  • Must have real experience in cell analysis, biologics, or related workflows
  • Strong understanding of the pharma/biopharma value chain
  • Experience working cross-functionally in matrixed organizations
