About the role
- Identify emerging trends and unmet needs in pharma/biopharma
- Build senior-level relationships with pharma and biopharma stakeholders
- Act as a catalyst connecting customers, sales, applications, and product teams
- Translate VOC into actionable insights for Segment, PL, and leadership teams
- Support field teams with strategic positioning
Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in life sciences or equivalent industry experience
- 4+ years of experience in pharma/biopharma decision-making workflows
- Required experience engaging with Pharma/biopharma Directors, VPs, and Heads of R&D
- Must have real experience in cell analysis, biologics, or related workflows
- Strong understanding of the pharma/biopharma value chain
- Experience working cross-functionally in matrixed organizations
