About the role

  • Support the configuration and administration of Workday Core HCM in a global environment.
  • Assist with configuration, testing, and documentation activities across additional Workday areas (e.g., Compensation, Security, or other HCM modules).
  • Partner with HR functional owners to analyze requirements, propose improvements, and implement solutions with a strong focus on enhancing the employee experience.
  • Participate in Workday release analysis and testing, supporting regression testing and adoption of new features.
  • Help maintain and improve Workday business processes, reports, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate effectively within a global, multicultural team, contributing to shared goals and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, including experience in geographically distributed teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, including configuration and testing activities.
  • Exposure to Compensation and/or Workday Security is a plus, or a strong willingness and curiosity to learn these areas.
  • Interest in learning additional Workday modules over time and growing as a Workday professional.
  • A proactive, supportive attitude and willingness to learn from others.
  • Analytical mindset and familiarity with Workday reporting and analytics.
  • Active in Workday community, ability to collaborate and identify opportunities to fully utilize Workday capabilities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, IT, or a related field.
