About the role

  • Install and optimize instruments and hardware configurations at customer sites.
  • Diagnose and resolve product performance issues.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by informing customers about preventive maintenance procedures and configurations that may affect product performance.
  • Proactively address potential equipment issues to prevent unexpected disruptions to customer operations.
  • Implement and validate customer analytical methods.
  • Train other field engineers and customers/users on solutions (classroom or on-site).

Requirements

  • University degree in Chemistry (Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physical Measurements, etc.) or a related field.
  • Practical experience with analytical techniques/methods in atomic spectroscopy (ICP-MS, ICP-OES, etc.).
  • Experience in a similar role in technical support OR as a user of these products.
  • Good written and spoken English.
