About the role
- Managing relationships with Service Providers and Contractors in Germany on behalf of our customers.
- Ensuring legal compliance and alignment with regional sourcing strategies.
- Evaluating supplier performance and leading selection and negotiation processes to improve service levels and margins.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by having a customer first mindest.
- Supporting the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and supplier programs.
- Handling supplier documentation, contracts, and data within your territory.
- Collaborating with Service Sales, Project Managers, and Customer Contact Center to maintain accurate supplier information.
- Ensuring strong cooperation with local Service Managers.
- Traveling up to 10% as required.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of service business operations, including delivery and supplier management, with the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- 2 – 4 years of hands-on experience in service management.
- Familiarity with service provider business models; laboratory experience is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to drive results and meet objectives.
- Fluent in German and English.
