About the role

  • Lead a group of talented sourcing professionals across multiple regions
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential suppliers
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with suppliers for quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain
  • Develop and execute cost reduction plans
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering continuous improvement and innovation
  • Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies and legal requirements
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the supply chain

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of increasing managerial experience
  • Broad knowledge in function and proven ability to define and/or oversee design of program or organization strategies
  • Experience with the C suite/executives, confidence to engage, influence and present strategies and value
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and sourcing software
  • Experience applying AI-driven tools and insights to improve processes, support strategic decisions, and enhance organizational efficiency
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing, diverse teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
