About the role
- Provide technical support through remote channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot Agilent customers' hardware and software issues.
- Advise on Agilent products and applications.
- Deliver basic training services, including via e-learning platforms.
- Select and recommend articles for customer use and support discussions.
- Identify customer needs and coordinate with internal departments to ensure a positive Agilent service experience.
- Use post-sales interactions to identify and qualify potential additional revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor's degree program (at least in the second year/sophomore) in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
- Hands-on laboratory experience with chromatography or spectroscopy instruments (Agilent equipment preferred) and familiarity with TCP/IP networking are a plus.
