About the role

  • Provide technical support through remote channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot Agilent customers' hardware and software issues.
  • Advise on Agilent products and applications.
  • Deliver basic training services, including via e-learning platforms.
  • Select and recommend articles for customer use and support discussions.
  • Identify customer needs and coordinate with internal departments to ensure a positive Agilent service experience.
  • Use post-sales interactions to identify and qualify potential additional revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor's degree program (at least in the second year/sophomore) in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
  • Hands-on laboratory experience with chromatography or spectroscopy instruments (Agilent equipment preferred) and familiarity with TCP/IP networking are a plus.
